Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!
I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis at 23. It’s been two decades since then and my experience has run the gamut—from being completely debilitated to living a full, happy life with gastroparesis mostly in the background. Along the way, I’ve spent 15 years helping thousands of other people with gastroparesis as a coach, author, and educator.
If I could share just one thing from all of that, it would be this: this diagnosis does not have to define your life.
If you’re looking for the structured nuts-and-bolts of managing gastroparesis, you’ll find my books and programs over on Living WELL with Gastroparesis. This space is where I get to share with you, in real time, what I’m learning, noticing, and thinking about right now.
You'll also find my podcast here, and other casual conversations with friends, practitioners, and fellow coaches about living with gastroparesis (and everything else life brings).
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, alone, or confused as you navigate life with gastroparesis… you’re in the right place. And I’m so glad you’re here.
