Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!

I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis at the age of 23. It’s been two decades since then and my experience has run the gamut: from being completely debilitated by the condition to living a full, happy life with gastroparesis very much in the background.

I’ve also been honored to spend the last 15 years helping thousands of other people with gastroparesis as a coach, author, and educator. If I could share just one thing based on all of this experience, it would be this: this diagnosis does not have to define your life.

I know there’s a lot of scary stuff online but I promise you, it is possible to live an incredibly full life with gastroparesis, and I hope that what you find here helps you do exactly that.
