A few coaching spots (rare!) — and a quick update
Hi, there! Last time you heard from me, I said I was taking a break from gastroparesis work to focus on new projects. Turns out, those “new” projects led me right back here. 🤷♀️
Here’s what’s happening now…
First, I’ve moved my mailing list to Substack so I can stay in touch more consistently. From here on, you can expect content that’s still about living WELL with gastroparesis, but with less focus on specific management strategies and more on easing the fear, stress, and frustration that often surround the condition. I’ll also be sharing more personal updates and reflections. If that’s not of interest to you, no hard feelings — you can unsubscribe anytime.
Next, I’m working on a full rewrite of my book, Living (Well!) with Gastroparesis. It was first published back in 2011, and while readers are still finding it helpful, I have much more experience and a broader perspective to share now. As a subscriber, you’ll get sneak peeks of the new material and be the first to know when it’s available. Stay tuned!
And finally, I’m training a new Living Well with Gastroparesis coach. As part of her training, I’ll be recording several coaching sessions for her to watch, and she’ll be conducting a few practice sessions herself.
This means I’ll be offering one-on-one coaching to a small number of people — two sessions each (a 90-minute session and a 45-minute follow-up) via Zoom. The cost is $225 total. Since I don’t usually take on individual clients anymore, I’m excited to be able to connect with a few of you in this way again.
Later this summer, my trainee will also offer practice sessions, which will be low or no cost and supervised by me.

As always, thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. I’ll talk with you soon.
Warmly,
Crystal
