Hi, there.

I’m Crystal, a dual-certified coach and best-selling author. My work is all about helping people experience more freedom and ease — regardless of circumstances.

About me.

I’ve spent the last fifteen years helping people worldwide live (well!) with gastroparesis, reduce anxiety, and experience lasting, meaningful change in their physical and mental health. I’ve self-published two books, Eating for Gastroparesis and Living (Well!) with Gastroparesis, which have sold over 50,000 copies.

In 2024, I had the opportunity to shift my focus in order to help a brand new group of people. As co-founder of Next Right Step, I’m now working to address the global mental health crisis among entrepreneurs.

I graduated from Dartmouth College in 2003 with a degree in Sociology. I later attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I’ve since completed coursework in mind-body health through the Harvard School of Medicine, Massachusetts General Hospital, and UCLA.

My work has been published in the American Journal of Gastroenterology, UNC Digestive Health Matters, and the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorder’s DIGEST.
